To make payment for services you should enter the amount of payment in RUB, your email address, credit card data and your name in the additional field.

To make payment you will be forwarded to the payment gate of PAO Sberbank where you shoul enter your credit card delails. Please prepare your credit card in advance. Connection with the payment gateway and transfer of information is carried out in secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol.

What information is required:

• 16-digit card number;
• cardholder's name;
• expiry date;
• CVV code for Visa / Master Card: 3 digit number on the card back side

REFUND

• In case of cancellation of the paid reservation at the standard rate one day prior to arrival and more, the money will be returned in full. Return of funds to your bank card is from 2 to 45 business days, depending on the bank that issued the card.
  If the paid reservation is canceled at a non-refundable rate, the money will not be refunded.
